Young Women’s Leadership Corps (YWLC)

YWCA Hartford Region’s Young Women’s Leadership Corps (YWLC) provides a personal development program for teen girls (ages 13-18) throughout the Hartford Region.

Young girls learn critical life skills through project-based workshops, focusing on financial literacy, college and career exploration, STEM activities, team building, and personal leadership development. Our program empowers teen girls, fosters teamwork, personal enrichment, and builds lifelong friends in a fun, supportive and safe space.
