YWCA Hartford Region’s Early Learning Centers provide families with safe, fun, hands-on educational activities for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We offer affordable, flexible, high-quality early childhood instruction to help build the foundation to set children up for academic success throughout their life. All YWCA childcare programs are licensed by Connecticut’s Office of Early Childhood.

At YWCA Hartford Region Early Learning Centers, we know that your child’s learning journey begins long before Kindergarten.

That’s why we’ve designed wholistic programming with daily learning activities geared specifically to develop cognitive and socio-economic skills that set your child up for success when they enter school.

For cognitive development, we focus on math, science, technology and problem-solving skills.

For social/emotional development, we focus on language, reading, social interaction and physical skills.
