It takes the time, talent and generosity of many people and organizations to make the programs at YWCA Hartford Region possible. Each year at our annual meeting, we honor those who have made a significant difference in helping us achieve our mission of empowering women and girls and eliminating racism. Our mission is all about creating opportunities...hence, the Creating Opportunities Award.
