Over the last year YWCA Hartford Region engaged in a strategic planning process that was invigorating. We reaffirmed the critical nature of our mission and identified ways in which our impact in the community could be even greater than it already is. On behalf of our board and staff, we are pleased to share a copy of our 2009-2013 Strategic Plan, a roadmap for the future of YWCA.
Programs and services if YWCA Hartford Region are supported by government contracts, non-government grants from foundations and corporations, program fees and private donations. The operating budget is also supported by our annual In the Company of Women fundraising luncheon, which generates more than $200,000 of net proceeds each spring.
